Do you offer free diagnostics?

Yes, we offer free diagnostics for all laptops and all desktops. We will give you a diagnostic result to repair your computer along with the price to fix it. If you decline the service after the diagnostic result is given, you can simply pick up your computer and pay ZERO fees. This does not apply to custom-built computers - $50 diagnostic for those ONLY if you decline the service.

Do you offer same day service and how much?

Yes, we can fix your system the same day as long as special parts don't have to be ordered. No extra fees for same day service!

Do you work on all brands for computers?

Yes, we work on all major brands. That includes Apple, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo and more.

Do you work on custom- built computers such as Cyberpower and others?

Yes, we work on all custom built computers.

Do you work on cell phones, tablets or gaming consoles, such as PS3, Nintendo?

No, we apologize, we don't work on gaming consoles. We are only an IT company

How long does it take to get my computer diagnosed and repaired?

It varies based on the problem. Sometimes we can tell you right away when you come in, and sometimes you may have to drop it off for few hrs. The repair can be completed the same day depending on the issue, up to 5 business days if we require to order parts. If it's a liquid spill issue, it will take a full day before we can call you back with a diagnostic result.

How long is the warranty?

All repairs come with labor warranty of 30 days and parts come with 90 days warranty up to 1 year, depending on the manufacture.
